White House Initiative on Asian American, Native-Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (WHIAANHPI) at U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS): As part of this initiative, we provided FACA support services, helping this important initiative with critical federal interagency coordination, local community organizing, and outreach to gain maximum exposure for the commission. We also provided much-needed language translation of written material to reach underserved communities. Our work ensured transparency and efficiency, contributing to the success of the initiative. This project underscores our strength in FACA support and our commitment to supporting minority communities.
National Minority Supplier Development Council & Policy Formation: In collaboration with the National Minority Supplier Development Council, we played a pivotal role in shaping policies to promote the growth and sustainability of minority businesses. We leveraged our expertise in small business policy formation, providing recommendations based on the unique challenges and needs of minority businesses
Airfield Capital Development Program: As the lead for the $100 million Airfield Capital Development Program, we showcased our capabilities in project management and logistics. We facilitated smooth operations, ensuring that milestones were achieved on time and within budget. This experience reflects our strong logistics management capabilities and our ability to handle large-scale, complex projects.
Port of Seattle’s Consolidated Rental Car Facility: As the project management lead for the Port of Seattle’s $400 million Consolidated Rental Car Facility, we managed all facets of the project from inception to completion. Our meticulous approach to planning and execution, combined with our ability to coordinate and manage resources effectively, ensured the success of this large-scale construction project.
